ETFtracer explains here how we process personal information when you use the website or contact us.

Information we process
When you email us, we receive the email address, displayed sender name, subject, message body, and any attachment you provide. Please do not send resident-registration numbers, account credentials, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Unsolicited sensitive information is not used for another purpose and is promptly deleted or redacted unless limited preservation is needed for a security incident or legal claim.
When you use the website, hosting may process an IP address, browser and operating-system information, requested URL, request time, response status, and error information. The Service has no registration or payment and does not collect account, profile, or billing information.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to answer email, handle follow-up questions, rights requests, and complaints. We use technical request information to deliver the website, maintain security and stability, and diagnose failures.
We do not operate first-party analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral-advertising scripts, or cross-site tracking. A browser may store display settings locally; those values are not sent to us and can be cleared in browser site-data settings.
Retention and deletion
We delete inquiry email from our mailbox within 30 days after the inquiry is resolved. An inquiry is resolved when the response is complete and no follow-up remains open. If a documented dispute or follow-up remains active, we delete the email within 30 days after that matter closes. A longer period applies only when a specific law requires it, and only for that statutory period.
Cloudflare Email Routing does not store email bodies and retains routing metadata for up to 31 days. Google states that deletion from active systems may generally take about two months after user deletion and encrypted backups may retain data for up to six months. Runtime logs visible to us on the Vercel Hobby plan are retained for one hour; Vercel may separately retain technical information for security and service operation.
When information is no longer needed, electronic records are deleted so they are difficult to restore. Information that must be retained by law is separated and kept only for the required period.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers to run the website and receive inquiries. Vercel Inc. processes technical request information in the United States for hosting, request delivery, security, and incident response. Cloudflare, Inc. routes inquiry email through the United States without storing the email body and retains routing metadata for up to 31 days. Google LLC processes inquiry email through Gmail in the United States for receipt, storage, transmission, and security.
Because these providers operate in the United States, information may be processed outside your country. Contact contact@etftracer.com with questions or requests about this processing.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing by emailing contact@etftracer.com. We may request the minimum information needed to verify the request and will respond under applicable law.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Security and contact
We minimize the information processed, use HTTPS in transit, and restrict hosting and email-account access to the operator. The Service does not maintain a member database. Send privacy questions, complaints, and rights requests to contact@etftracer.com.
Updates to this notice
We will post additions, deletions, or corrections through the Service before they take effect. Important changes will be presented in an accessible manner.
