Using ETFtracer
The Service provides ETF pre-inception reconstructions, comparisons with evidenced market data, research metrics, methodology, data-coverage information, and related explanations. It is available without registration or payment.
You are responsible for the browser, network connection, and equipment used to access the Service.
Research, not advice
The Service is for research, education, and general information. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice; recommend a transaction; execute a transaction; or create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship.
Results are not personalized and should not be the sole basis for an investment decision. Review source materials independently and obtain qualified advice when appropriate.
How to understand modeled results
Pre-inception reconstructed data is a counterfactual result produced by applying a documented leverage model and assumptions to underlying or proxy market data. It is not the product’s actual historical price or tradable performance.
Model assumptions, proxy differences, tracking error, liquidity, taxes, transaction costs, market disruption, and other factors can cause results to differ materially from actual investor experience. Methodology and data-coverage information are part of the explanation of each result. Past, actual, reconstructed, or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
Acceptable use
You may view, compare, and reasonably cite results for personal research, education, criticism, or reporting when you identify modeled results as reconstructed and do not misrepresent their source.
Do not violate law or third-party rights, disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical safeguards, make requests that materially impair operation, present reconstructed results as actual performance, or reproduce or commercially redistribute a substantial part of the Service without authorization.
Availability and corrections
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, data-source changes, or events beyond reasonable control. Where practical, we will announce material changes or interruptions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of a particular scenario or dataset, or a fixed refresh schedule. We may correct material errors in data, methodology, or explanations.
Third-party materials and intellectual property
Market data, fund names, trademarks, and linked materials may belong to their respective providers and owners. A reference to a fund, issuer, index, or provider does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Third-party materials may have delays, gaps, errors, or availability limits under their own terms and policies.
Rights in our original software, design, text, and organization belong to the operator or lawful rights holders. These terms do not claim ownership of public facts, third-party market data, fund names, or trademarks.
Disclaimers and liability
We use reasonable care to operate the Service and correct known material errors. You acknowledge the inherent uncertainty of modeled results and third-party data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by an investment decision, a third-party data or service failure, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
